Privacy Tip: We encourage beneficiaries to redact or obscure highly sensitive personal information (such as Social Security Numbers or full dates of birth) from uploaded bills, as long as the merchant/provider name, account number, and amount due remain clearly visible.

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We do not store full payment card numbers.

ItsOnMe is a platform for kindness. Sofia LLC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for user-generated content that includes: bullying, harassment, hate speech, illegal acts, or deceptive financial requests. Any user found violating these standards will be permanently banned.
Our team reviews every report. Users can flag any request for review via the in-app reporting tools. We commit to reviewing reported content within 24 hours and removing anything that violates our standards.

If you access the platform from outside the United States, you consent to data processing in the United States.
